Erin Watters is a professional educator and business coach. She has spoken at conferences worldwide on language assessment, curriculum design, building communities of practice, and techniques for effective teaching. Her interest in cross-cultural communication and building relationships has led her to a variety of roles in numerous countries. She has been a three-time English Language Fellow with Georgetown University funded by the US Department of State English Language Programs and continues to participate as an English Language Specialist for teacher training and mentoring globally.
During the school year, Erin is an academic supervisor at Delphian School in Sheridan, Oregon, where she is studying to becoming an expert at L Ron Hubbard's Study Technology thereby supporting the next generation of exceptional learners and Delphian graduates.
Combining her extensive background in business with her experience in education, Erin continues to expand her professional footprint with the educational non-profits Plumeria Global Education Group and ORTESOL.
When not actively engaged in all things educational, Erin can be found reading, traveling, listening to audiobooks while crocheting, or researching games for use in educational settings.
